Overview

Mid-market fashion retailers are losing billions to choice paralysis: 70% cart abandonment, 40% return rates, and a 22% retention rate signal a broken shopping experience. The vision: an AI stylist that brings luxury-level personalization to every touchpoint.

Our team was challenged to design a next-generation retail solution powered by Microsoft's AI tools. We chose to focus on mid-market retailers, starting with Uniqlo, and developed St-AI-le [Style] INTEL — a suite of tools designed to solve shopper choice paralysis. My role focused on the strategic research and ethical foundations that ensured our concept was both viable and responsible.

Trend & Landscape Analysis

Conducted deep-dive research into retail AI trends to help the team understand the competitive landscape and identify where Microsoft's tooling could create the most meaningful differentiation.
